Xiaomi Bokeh is a system app on Xiaomi, POCO and Redmi devices that allows you to enjoy the portrait mode feature. As its name suggests, the bokeh feature generates background blur, emulating what professional cameras generate when you zoom in on someone and have a large lens aperture.

How to access portrait mode on Xiaomi

To access portrait mode on a Xiaomi device, go to the Camera app. Then, in the feature section (containing those such as Photo, Video and Pro), swipe until you see Portrait. In this mode, you can see the blur or bokeh effect applied to whatever the camera is currently viewing in real-time.

How to use portrait mode
